Our Sausage Blends

Our journey with sausage and kielbasa started a long time ago and we would like to acknowledge just a few people for this, though there are many. 

In the 1920's, our Grandfather Stanley and Grandmother Sabina started off in a small butcher shop in Ohio. With the help of Stanley's brothers who happened to own processing plants, he began making sausage and kielbasa. It became so successful it grew to become a large grocery store in Ohio.  With this success he was able to support his family and this afforded his children the opportunity to go to college. They were also able to help those who were less fortunate, providing them with food during the time of the Great Depression. 

This has been an incredible journey full of learning, experiences and connections from America to Europe. We truly thank you for supporting us and believing in the Rub Höuse family.
