Chimichurri Sauce

 Ingredients:    

 

  • 1 Cup Parsley chopped fine 
  • 1/3 cup Rub Höuse No. 10 Argentinian Chimichurri Blend 
  • 1 Cup Red wine vinegar 
  • 1 tsp Crushed red Pepper
  • 2/3 Cup Extra virgin olive oil


Instructions: 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk together well
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to let flavors develop.


Vinaigrette Dressing

 Ingredients:    

  • 2 Tbsp of  Rub Höuse No.19 Mediterranean Blend  or  Rub Höuse No. 8 Lemon Pepper, either would be an excellent choice for this.
  • 3 Tbsp warm water
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil


Instructions: 

  1. Get a clean jar with a lid like you would use for canning or pickling. Mix Rub Höuse blend of your choice in jar with warm water. Let that sit for a minute or two, while you measure out other ingredients.
  2. Pour red wine vinegar and olive oil into jar.
  3.  Close lid securely over jar and shake.
